Lhyfe digitizes green hydrogen

To accelerate decarbonization, Lhyfe, producer of green and renewable hydrogen, is launching a Marketplace on its Lhyfe Heroes digital platform. The aim: to facilitate access to this energy, by bringing producers and consumers closer together. "We're all convinced that it's by joining forces to offer an ever more abundant supply that we can accelerate the transition to green hydrogen. The Marketplace represents a new step towards accelerating our decarbonization," emphasizes Matthieu Guesné, founder and CEO of Lhyfe. It enables buyers equipped with their own hydrogen transport solution and producers to cooperate to strengthen the "green hydrogen" offer across Europe.

During the 1st phase of the marketplace, players equipped with their own transport solutions will be able to buy from green-certified production sites throughout the country. Producers will be able to coordinate their efforts to boost hydrogen supply across Europe. In this fast-growing sector, Lhyfe is counting on digitalization to accelerate decarbonization, by offering access to a better (European) network, a multiplication of supply sources, production optimization and a "green guarantee".
" We first developed this tool internally, to boost our own efficiency and optimize our multi-site management, and then offered it to other players in the sector. In just a few clicks, on a single map, we can see the different supply points and the useful information for choosing the date and source. This saves time for both buyers and sellers. This marketplace opens up new opportunities for us to optimize our production sites and give our customers greater guarantees in terms of the availability of green hydrogen," explains Antoine Hamon, Director of Operations at Lhyfe.

Eventually, the marketplace will be available to all hydrogen buyers wishing to be delivered (distribution stations, logistics centers, etc.), and other functionalities will be offered. It already has a dozen partners, including other green hydrogen producers.
