The sale of 100% of Bolloré Logistics to CMA CGM was announced today by the two groups. The transaction amounts to more than €4.8 billion. This acquisition, CMA CGM's largest to date, represents a major step in the development of its logistics activities, in addition to sea freight. Bolloré Logistics, with sales of €7.1 billion by 2022, and a workforce of 14,000, has transported 710,000 TEU of sea freight, 390,000 tonnes of air freight and has 900,000 m2 of warehousing space.
