Based in the Ain region, Sotrapp TP, a family-owned public works company, has taken delivery of its new site truck, a MAN TGS 8×2 forwarder, fitted with a round Hardox steel body. The vehicle's load capacity is over 19.3 tonnes. "We've been MAN customers since 2011 and naturally chose this MAN TGS to complete our fleet. Thanks to its tare weight and Hardox body, it offers us a payload three tonnes higher than normal", points out Ludovic Pauget, Chairman and CEO of Sotrapp TP. With its lightweight, heat-insulated body, the vehicle is used to transport asphalt in the Ain and neighbouring departments.
