Forklift manufacturer Still launches a fuel cell production unit at its Hamburg plant. This makes it the first manufacturer in Europe to offer its own fuel cell for its equipment. Its 24-volt warehouse trucks can now be fitted with fuel cells as standard. All battery production is in-house: components are manufactured in the plant's mechatronics center, then assembled on the production line. This enables the Group to offer its customers a comprehensive solution for their hydrogen projects, working with experts such as HYCARGO. This company specializes in the deployment, planning and implementation of green hydrogen projects. Pre-sales advice, choice of forklift trucks, adaptation of site infrastructures, obtaining administrative authorizations, installation, commissioning, day-to-day management, after-sales service... everything is managed by a single contact.
Further investments are planned to develop hydrogen technology, with, for example, the development of a 48-volt fuel cell currently underway.
