The DLR Federation (distributors, rental companies and repairers of construction equipment) is calling on the public authorities to urgently preserve the tax measures associated with non-road diesel fuel (GNR) for the companies it represents. "Like the agricultural and public works sectors, the companies represented by the DLR Federation are facing similar challenges and are demanding fair consideration", says the federation in a press release. The government's recent decision to extend the scheme for agriculture raises questions of parity and fairness (not to mention the notion of distortion of competition) for players in our sector."
The gradual abolition of this tax advantage is planned until 2030. "The repeal of the GNR scheme, even if gradual, will result in a significant increase in costs, threatening the competitiveness and survival of many sites.
