It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Koenig.
Since 1973, he was attached to the union and held the position of treasurer. He was one of the founders of SNUG, which later became UFL, and is now linked to DLR. For 51 years, dedicated and passionate, he never missed a General Meeting, a meeting or a Board meeting. He contributed to all the great successes of the union's actions, and supported lifters more than anything else. He was a just and good man.
To his wife, children, grandchildren and all those close to him, the entire Manumag and JDL team offers its deepest condolences.
His funeral will take place on Thursday April 11 in Mulhouse at 2:30 pm in the Sacre Coeur church.
