Klubb Group has just acquired its German distributor, HEMATEC Arbeitsbühnen GmbH. Following the acquisition of CPL Ltd in the UK and ISOLI SpA in Italy, the French group is strengthening its international development strategy, and will now be able to penetrate the German market, which is highly dynamic, thanks in particular to a booming energy transition.
"The acquisition of Hematec is an opportunity for Klubb Group. The company is already well-established in Germany, but also in Austria and Croatia, thanks to branches with which we will continue to work, and thus enjoys a definite reputation which it has been able to develop since the start of its activity in 1995. We've been working with HEMATEC since 2022, and our collaboration has always been effective, so I'm all the more pleased with this acquisition. We are also delighted to extend our partnership with Dinolift to the German and Austrian markets", says Julien Bourrellis, CEO of KLUBB Group. Hematec will continue to operate under its own name, and the management teams will remain unchanged, as will the jobs.
Klubb Group, with 5 plants in France, 1 in Italy, 1 in the UK and 1 in India, generates sales of €200 million, and specializes in the bodywork, engineering and construction of aerial work platforms, tow trucks and refueling trucks, for both the civil and defense sectors.
