Liebherr offers its telescopic forklift trucks in 3 drive versions

The new Liebherr T33-10 telescopic forklift is equipped with an electric battery. The range can operate with three types of energy: HVO, battery electric or hybrid.

Liebherr's new T33-10 forklift comes in an electric version, with a lifting capacity of 3.3 tonnes and a lifting height of 10m. It features a modular high-voltage battery concept coupled to an electric drive, which can be adapted to suit customer requirements and intended use, and is equipped with an on-board electronic recharging device. This new motorization system complements the other motorization options offered by the Group on its telescopic forklift-trucks. HVO biofuel has the advantage of emitting fewer emissions during operation than a machine running on fossil fuel, while being miscible with all diesel fuels. The drive concept remains the same, so conversion during operation is possible. Finally, the third possible drive concept for telescopic handlers is a standard "plug-in" hybrid system, which gives customers freedom in terms of working range and allows operation even without a battery. It comprises a conventional diesel engine, an electric drive and an intermediate electric accumulator.
Thanks to the overall efficiency of the three systems presented, and the ability to recover energy when braking and lowering the boom, fuel savings of over 20% are entirely realistic.
