Sitca announces the sale of its Lifting Division to Groupe Dufour. Created in 2017 by Sitca, a specialist in exceptional transport and industrial transfers, its Lifting Division has become firmly established in the Hauts-de-France region in 6 years, with 4 agencies and sales of €10M. With this sale, the 4 branches are now part of the Dufour Group, with HDF Levage in Saint-Saulve (59), Transmalev in Saint-Hilaire-Cottes (62) and T2E in Le Bosquel (80) and Compiègne (60).
The Sitca group is now looking to reinvest in its Industrial Logistics business. The group has become a key regional player in exceptional transport, with a specific service for the storage and dispatch of all loads subject to exceptional convoys from its large facilities in Valenciennes, enabling it to lift up to 100 tons at 17 meters under hook.
