TII Kamag galvanizes its park conveyor

TII Kamag has renewed its swap-body transporter, the Kamag PrecisionMover (Kamag PM), in a new hot-dip galvanized version. Galvanization of the lift table, chassis and cab suspension system improves the vehicle's corrosion resistance and service life. The Kamag PM has been specially designed for logistics service providers, express and parcel service operators, and subcontractors who depend on fast, efficient processes in their logistics fleets. In addition to the benefits that galvanizing brings in terms of vehicle service life, this process also contributes to economic efficiency and environmental compatibility: "Galvanizing is regarded as a resource-saving corrosion protection process that helps to reduce the ecological footprint," emphasizes Jürgen Haupt, Logistics Sales Manager at TII KAMAG.
Since its market launch in 1995, the KAMAG PM, formerly known as the "Wiesel", has been a real success in the fleet transport sector, with over 2,500 units sold in some 20 European countries, thanks to the vehicle's practicality when handling swap bodies, trailers and semi-trailers.
