Alexandre Vernazza, president of the Mediaco group, was presented with the Entrepreneur of the Year award by UPE13 (Union pour les Entreprises des Bouches-du-Rhône), at the 23rd Entrepreneurs' Forum.
This award recognizes his achievements at the head of the Mediaco Group, which over the last 10 years has consolidated its leading position in the French lifting and handling sector. By 2023, the family-owned group will have achieved sales of €450 million, an increase of more than 250% over the past 10 years. (SALES 2013: 180 M€ / SALES 2023: 450M€).
The group now boasts 900 cranes ranging from 35 to 800 tonnes, 90 branches and 2,300 employees, making the Mediaco group the number one in France and number three in Europe.
