Klubb takes over Titan Aviation with Japanese bodybuilder Yano

Klubb Group, a European specialist in carrier nacelles, in association with Japanese bodybuilder Yano, has taken over the activities of Titan Aviation, specialized in civil and military refueling equipment. The new entity is called Titan Aero Group. For Julien Bourrellis, Founding Chairman of Klubb Group, who will hold 60% of the company's capital, the objective is clear: to make Titan Aero Group the undisputed European leader in carbon-free refueling, while strengthening its export presence and asserting its position as the preferred partner of European armies. It will be able to draw on the expertise of the family-owned Yano Group, itself already well established in Southeast Asia in the fuelling equipment market.

The new entity retains its 2 sites in France, Arnas (69) and Aix-en-Provence, and its 180 employees, and will pursue its international development, notably through its plant in India. Laurent Pourprix takes over as CEO. Numerous synergies have been identified, both in terms of operations and international development. Innovation, around the major challenges of decarbonization, will benefit from teamwork, notably on common electrical solutions.
