The Kiloutou Group continues to grow

With sales up 18% to €1.2 billion by 2023, the Kiloutou Group continues to grow. This was underpinned by solid organic growth of 6% and strong external growth, marked by several acquisitions in France (Bernard Location) as well as in Germany and Spain. At the same time, the rental company opened some fifteen new branches in Europe.

In France, sales of €749 million are up 8% on 2022. Over 37% of the Group's sales are currently generated outside France.

Decarbonation

Kiloutou is also pursuing its environmental trajectory, with a third of investments in 2023 directed towards low-emission equipment, grouped within its Impakt range. These will be gradually deployed in its various markets from 2024 onwards. At the same time, Kiloutou is maintaining its plan to decarbonize its corporate fleet (service, breakdown and delivery vehicles): the first European rental company to integrate a 32T electric heavy goods vehicle into its delivery fleet in the summer of 2023, Kiloutou expects 27% of its vehicle renewals in 2024 to be decarbonized. Another ambition developed in 2023 is digital, with the launch of innovative new services (Youse, Konnect) and the redesign of its website. These developments are bearing fruit, with sales generated by digital channels in France up 54% year-on-year.

"The year 2023 will have been as hectic as it was remarkable: the Kiloutou Group achieved record sales of 1.2 billion euros, up 18% on 2022. This performance confirms the solidity of our business model and the relevance of the strategy we have adopted. In 2024, we are maintaining our ambitions for growth in all our markets, but also for decarbonizing our business, with the agility and pragmatism that characterize us and enable us to seize the right opportunities," says Olivier Colleau, Kiloutou's Executive Chairman.
In 2024, Kiloutou aims to accelerate its diversification with the opening of specialized branches, and to strengthen its activity in growth sectors such as industry, energy and services.
