Two years ago, JLG entrusted all after-sales maintenance and repairs on its machines to Nacelle Assistance et Services, a subsidiary of nacelle manufacturer Klubb Group. Set up in 2008, it boasts a solid network throughout France, with five workshops in the Paris region, Charleville-Maizières, Villefranche-sur-Saône, Avignon and Toulouse. " Our decision to collaborate was based on this extensive national coverage. The results have been very good. Despite a major change, the teams have adapted, they are responsive and now our national coverage is optimized for our customers and machine users ", explains Laurent Dumez, Customer Relations Manager at JLG. Some thirty technicians, equipped with workshop vans, can intervene rapidly, backed up by a network of local partners. These technicians have been trained by JLG, from the use of the diagnostic tool to a complete presentation of the range.
The Klubb Group subsidiary also has a spare parts store, stocked with JLG equipment, which is also available for direct sales to JLG customers.
"This partnership is very positive, as it enables us to diversify our business, with a third more sales. We used to do a lot of work in the telecoms sector, and now we're working with JLG in the industrial sector. We're discovering new customers, new opportunities. And for our technicians, it's also a diversification of their daily activity", says Arthur Moynot, Director of Nacelle Assistance et Services.
