The Demathieu Bard Group has acquired the Swiss company Steiner Construction SA. This operation, the group's largest acquisition to date, with over 200 employees and annual sales of €300 million, enables it to expand its offering and expertise in a country new to the group. With this acquisition, the Demathieu Bard Group's total sales will be in the region of €2.1 billion, bringing the proportion of its business generated outside France to 33%, with a total workforce of over 4,000 in 6 countries. It will draw on Steiner Construction SA's strong local roots and experience in the market for Total Contracting operations in Switzerland to seize new opportunities in the country.
