Four new service structures are planned, as well as work on three existing service structures and several real estate projects. The consortium is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. It favors the reuse of materials, the use of concrete and the use of renewable energies.

low-carbon fiber-reinforced concrete for the tunnel voussoirs, and the use of electrically-powered site vehicles and machinery to help reduce CO2 emissions. Finally, a waste reduction program will be deployed on the worksites.
