The Capelle Group, a European player in the heavy haulage sector with a presence in eight countries and 47 sites, has announced the acquisition of Kings Heavy Haulage. This transaction strengthens the Group's presence in the United Kingdom and consolidates its expertise in heavy haulage, particularly in the aerospace and defense sectors.
Based in Bristol, Kings Heavy Haulage has over 55 years of experience and is strategically located to serve the whole of the UK and facilitate connections with Europe. Jean-Daniel Capelle, Chairman of the Executive Board, emphasizes that this integration "represents the alliance of two companies that share the same commitment to quality in customer service."
With this acquisition, the Capelle Group completes its presence in Chester and increases its operational capacity in the United Kingdom, while enriching its service offering thanks to the expertise of Kings Heavy Haulage.
