Kiloutou announces new digital functionalities

The Kiloutou Group is expanding its range of digital services on its Mykiloutou customer space. Until now, the MyKiloutou customer space on the Kiloutou website has provided access to all rental-related information: contracts and pricing agreements, quotes, invoices, current bookings and technical documentation. The latest version, unveiled this winter, goes one step further, offering new functionalities to save time and empower customers. Customers can now access information on equipment deliveries, request equipment returns or extend rental periods, submit purchase orders and access the carbon footprint of rented goods. The platform also integrates data from equipment telematics. All this data enables better rental management, thanks to access to equipment history, geolocation and usage alerts that can be issued if the customer does not use the equipment for at least 3 working days. The customer can then be offered a contract adjustment based on actual usage.
Today, 10% of contracts in France go through the website or mobile application. The site receives over 4,000 professional connections per week (x20 in 1 year), and this trend is set to increase significantly over the coming months.
