The Fatec group, which specializes in the management of car and industrial vehicle fleets, is developing its offer for heavy vehicles and machinery. It now offers three types of "packs" for the management of industrial vehicles and machinery, with different levels of service. With over 15,000 industrial vehicles under management and more than 6,000 machines (cranes, BOMs, forklift trucks, tractors, etc.), the service provider offers optimized management of maintenance, tires and regulatory operations, with 24/7 assistance and breakdown service. For example, the "Starter" package provides the essentials for tracking your fleet, managing service providers, maintaining chassis, etc. The "Master" package adds fleet management software, with supplier relationship tracking and extended equipment technical expertise. The "Pro" package provides a complete package for managing the company's mobility, with, among other services, a dedicated technician and customized reporting. Fatec targets transport companies that do not have integrated workshops. "Global fleet management enables us to widen the choice of service providers, not only through price competition, but also by offering a better network based on the complementarity and proximity of different networks (manufacturers, multi-brand garages, tire specialists, regulatory controls, etc.). Combined with a focus on preventive maintenance, this enables us to reduce vehicle downtime, particularly when certain networks are saturated", argues Pascal Pilleyre, Fatec's Sales Director.
