Accès Industrie continues to grow

Following a 14% increase in sales to €112.5 million in 2022, the Accès Industrie Group is starting 2023 with half-yearly growth of 17% on the previous year, representing sales of €69 million. This growth was driven by an increase in business in all sectors: short-term rental/elevation (+18%), long-term rental/handling (+15%), and on the Spanish market (+35%). This confirms the strong momentum of the rental company, which is forecasting double-digit growth throughout 2023, with targeted sales of €140 million.
This performance is due to the company's positioning in buoyant sectors such as photovoltaics, energy renovation, gigafactories, logistics platforms, Greater Paris, etc., while diversifying into long-term rental for the transport, logistics and industrial sectors. As a result of these investments, the Group's machine park has grown by 10% to 11,100 machines.
The long-term materials handling business is also continuing to grow, with the acquisition a few days ago of Watine Manutention, a company specializing in the sale of materials handling equipment, which consolidates its fleet and territorial coverage in the Centre Val-de-Loire region. This activity now accounts for 20% of the company's sales, with a fleet of nearly 3,000 machines.

The company is also pursuing its export expansion, with a move into Spain in 2022 and the opening last September of a new branch in the Madrid region, with 150 machines.
