Jungheinrich launches a photovoltaic offer

The Jungheinrich Group is launching a new photovoltaic panel installation service, to support its customers in their energy transition by offering them the opportunity to generate their own electricity. To achieve this, the group has set up a partnership with several photovoltaic panel experts to offer personalized support, including design, installation and after-sales service for each installation.

This new offer completes a range of solutions developed to optimize energy use. These include Activ Load Management, a system for networking chargers to reduce power consumption: in concrete terms, a "controller" connected to all the chargers in the fleet is installed in the charging zone and controls the distribution of energy between the forklifts according to need.
Jungheinrich also offers a stationary energy storage system. This system enables electricity not consumed at a given moment (off-peak periods, for example) to be stored and released later when the trucks are loaded.
