With the acquisition of Dom'Azur Transports and STDR-TEDL, the Capelle group has strengthened its position in the Rhône-Alpes region and its expertise in exceptional transport. Indeed, these two reputed companies in exceptional transport bring to the Capelle group a fleet of around one hundred road units, complementary to that of the Gard-based group, and highly qualified teams. "Their technical expertise and transport skills will be an invaluable asset for our Group. Together, we will be able to meet new challenges and seize new opportunities in the convoy sector," says Jean-Daniel Capelle, CEO of the Capelle Group. The teams will first work together to deploy the Group's IT tools in the areas of commerce, operations and on-board computing.
