With the acquisition of UKA+Hauke Arbeitsbünen, the Kiloutou Group strengthens its presence on the German market. Uka+Hauke has several sites in Chemnitz, Dresden, Gotha and its head office in Sommerda, offering more than 275 forklifts and telescopic handlers for rental. This brings the Kiloutou Germany network to 18 branches nationwide. This acquisition "also illustrates our ability to attract high-level regional players with a strong local presence, as part of our growth project. Thanks to this approach, we plan to be present in the main German markets through targeted acquisitions and branch openings", said Olivier Colleau, Executive Chairman of the Kiloutou Group.
