The Kiloutou Group continues its European expansion and makes a big splash in Italy. The equipment rental specialist announces the acquisition of DEA, a company with a strong presence in the suburbs of Bologna.
With a fleet of over 500 pieces of equipment and two local branches, DEA is a recognized player in the Emilia-Romagna region. This operation consistently reinforces the activities already deployed by Kiloutou in this strategic area of northern Italy.
The 13 DEA employees will soon be joining the Kiloutou adventure through a complete rebranding of the agencies, which are now part of the KILOUTOU Italia network. Thanks to this acquisition, the Italian network now has 27 agencies and nearly 300 team members, confirming the Group's growing strength in the transalpine market.
"DEA represents our fifth acquisition in less than 12 months in Europe. We are pursuing our growth objective in the seven countries where the Group operates. Italy offers significant development potential and we intend to establish a long-term presence there," Olivier Colleau, Executive Chairman of the Kiloutou Group.
