At Bonhomme Bâtiment, training is an integral part of our expertise. Since 2019, the company has been organizing internal sessions led by employees or expert partners. The goal is simple: to share knowledge, raise awareness, and develop everyone's skills.
Each year, nearly €100,000 (excluding tax) is invested to ensure that no employee goes a year without training. Technical skills (HVAC, welding, operating machinery), the environment (RE2020, decarbonization, Fresque du Climat), disability awareness, communication, and mentoring: the topics are varied and designed to meet the needs of the company and its teams.
The program is part of a structured approach. Needs are identified during professional interviews and when developing the annual training plan. "This program reinforces versatility, supports commitment, and allows everyone to find their place," explains Kathleen Cellier, HR Manager.
Today, this approach has given rise to a new project: the creation of a "Bonhomme School" dedicated to roofers and shinglers. Supported by an in-house educational engineer, this initiative marks a new stage in the professionalization of the teams.
