Rising more than 300 meters above the Dubai Water Canal with 82 floors, the AI Habtoor Tower is reshaping the city's residential landscape. The construction site relies on four ZOOMLION luffing jib cranes (L400-25 and L250-20) and seven construction hoists, designed for precise lifting operations at great heights. This set of equipment makes it possible to meet the constraints of a dense urban environment while ensuring efficiency and safety. The project illustrates a masterful technical approach in the service of contemporary vertical architecture.
The tower will offer more than 1,600 apartments, with swimming pools, sports facilities, relaxation areas, as well as restaurants and cafés for residents. At 300 meters, it is almost as tall as the Eiffel Tower, which stands at 324 meters with its antenna.
Located in Al Habtoor City, just minutes from downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, the tower offers easy access to shops, schools, and transportation. Developed by Al Habtoor Group, it is scheduled for delivery in 2026.
