The Berto family group continues to expand in Alsace. Through its subsidiary Eurolev, already established in Strasbourg, it has acquired MG Location, a Haut-Rhin-based company specializing in the rental of equipment for construction and public works.
Founded in 1993, MG Location was taken over in 2008 by Dominique Killherr, following the retirement of its manager, Martine Gubiani. Based in Cernay, the company also has branches in Altkirch, Bartenheim, and Colmar. It currently employs twelve people and offers a fleet of more than 500 pieces of equipment, ranging from public works machinery to handling equipment and site cabins. Its annual turnover is around €2 million.
Following the sale, Dominique Killherr will oversee the transition for three months. This acquisition will enable Berto to strengthen its regional network in eastern France and consolidate its equipment rental business within its subsidiary Eurolev.
