Palfinger's TEC crane series expands in the high-capacity segment with the arrival of the new PK1350 TEC and PK1650 TEC models. Equipped with the latest electronic controls and intelligent assistance systems, they can handle the most complex tasks in urban areas or on large construction sites, lifting increasingly heavy loads.
On ever more complex or demanding sites, with taller buildings and more limited maneuvering space, the precision of lifting operations is constantly increasing. The PK1350 TEC crane, with fly-jib, has a reach of almost 39 m and a lifting capacity of 109.3 t/m. With the same reach, the PK1650 TEC achieves a lifting capacity of 124.8 t/m. Paltronic 180 electronic control and LX-6 spool valve ensure excellent manoeuvrability. A particular asset is the dual-circuit hydraulic system, which ensures that hydraulic power is never lacking. This makes it possible to carry out demanding tasks requiring several functions at the same time.
Intelligent" cranes
With the TEC series, Palfinger has completely rethought the crane, the Group's flagship product, combining intelligent technologies with its proven strengths. All TEC models can be equipped with Smart Control, the intelligent crane tip control system. It combines the crane's movements in the background to achieve the exact position required with great precision.
The position memory system can store up to four crane positions. The "Levelling assistant" stabilization system facilitates the stabilization process and levels the truck optimally. The process is semi-automatic, requiring only a single lever movement, and saves up to 80% of adjustment time.
