Announced at the end of 2023, the acquisition of SADE by the NGE Group has just been made official. SADE, a specialist in the design, construction and rehabilitation of water and energy networks, will strengthen NGE's capabilities and broaden its offering in the water sector. This acquisition adds a new dimension to the NGE Group, which now boasts sales of over 4 billion euros and a total workforce of over 23,000. The two entities' locations in France and abroad are highly complementary, and the NGE Group will now be present in 17 countries, with over 200 locations in France. All SADE employees will be maintained, and SADE will join the National Specialized Subsidiaries in NGE's operational organization. Stéphane Perez, Chief Operating Officer of NGE, is appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of SADE, while Yves Forzini remains Chief Executive Officer.
