"Welcome aboard Mediaco Helicopters!

It's a phrase you'll have to get used to hearing: "Welcome aboard Mediaco Helicopters...". Mediaco enters the world of aviation with the highest technological standards. The world of helicopter lifting is rare, precise and often the ultimate solution. It is therefore a masterly feat for the group to take control of these operations. Mediaco Helicoptères (MEDIACO AIRCRAFT SAS) is the new subsidiary created by the Mediaco group, dedicated to aerial work and lifting. This new entity has just taken delivery of its first H-125 helicopter, ordered from Airbus Helicoptères. The H-125 B3 "Ecureuil" has a lifting capacity of 1.4 tonnes at sea level. With 5 seats on board, this aircraft has all the options required for aerial work: lifting, line monitoring, assembly and disassembly of equipment in stations, refuelling and fire-fighting. It will be operated in partnership with Jet Systems-Hélicoptères Services. Based in Valence, this company generates sales of €10m and operates 10 helicopters from 7 bases in France (Valence, Paris (HéliFrance), Courchevel, Issoire, Pau, Corte and Porto-Vecchio). These strategic Jet Systems bases will enable Mediaco's aerial work and lifting division to take on aerial lifting operations in the Pyrenees, Alps, Savoy, Corsica and other regions.

This partnership will enable the Mediaco group to develop this new activity, complementary to its lifting and handling businesses. A diversification reinforced by the order for a second helicopter, scheduled for 2025.
