The Kiloutou Group has acquired the Spanish equipment rental company Valser S.A., expanding its network with 3 new branches around the port city of Valencia. Valser SA is a major player in the rental of earthmoving equipment and generators, with a fleet of over 1,500 pieces of equipment and a team of 42 employees. This new acquisition enables the group to extend its network on the Mediterranean coast. To date, Kiloutou Spain has had 22 branches and 250 employees. This latest acquisition confirms the international development strategy pursued by the rental company in recent years in Poland, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Portugal and Spain. "This acquisition is fully in line with Kiloutou's growth strategy in Spain, which aims to strengthen our presence in high-potential regions and extend our network nationwide," emphasizes Olvier Colleau, Executive Chairman of the Kiloutou Group.
