In 2023, for the first time in its history, the Liebherr plant in Ehingen delivered more than 2000 mobile cranes in one calendar year. This record is all the more remarkable given that the average crane size has increased in recent years, with the majority of cranes now having more than 4 axles. Maxikraft took delivery of this year's 2000th unit, an LTM1070-4.2, marked for the occasion and delivered in the presence of the plant's employees. The MAXIKraft group operates around 200 cranes, 80% of which are Liebherr, from the LTM 1030-2.1 to the LR 11000. Since the company was founded in 1992, it has purchased around 800 new Liebherr cranes, representing an investment of almost 500 million euros.
