Two Volvo FM electric tractors have just been delivered to Bert&You, a transport and logistics company based in the Drôme region. They will be followed by a 3rd electric unit in March 2024. These two vehicles, coupled to semi-trailers, will go into service this January, and will be used for regular deliveries and goods collection in the Drôme, Ardèche, Rhône and Isère regions. They are equipped with 3 electric motors, for a toatle power of 490 kWh. The vehicles will be recharged via 3 high-capacity DC charging stations (200kWh) installed at Bert&You in St-Rambert d'Albon.
These three vehicles join the company's fleet of over 1,000 engines and 2,800 registrations. Over 60 vehicles already run on alternative energies: 100% electric, biogas, XTL and soon hydrogen.
