The DLR Federation has published its Rental Cost Index for the third quarter of 2025. Over one year, the index rose by +3.32%, mainly due to the increase in depreciation (+3.6%), financial expenses related to credit rates (+21.6%), personnel expenses (+2.6%), and fleet maintenance and repairs (+2.5%).
It should be noted that the cost of energy and commercial diesel fuel is falling, slightly limiting the overall impact. The index, based on 2019 (base 100), is now monitored quarterly and serves as a reference tool for industry players to adjust their prices and anticipate changes in their costs.
