European action: FNTR strengthens its presence in Brussels in 2026

Faced with a busy European agenda, the FNTR is stepping up its efforts in Brussels in 2026 to defend the interests of French road hauliers. Seven key issues are at the heart of its priorities, including the implementation of the Mobility Package, the revision of the Driver Training Directive, the Automotive Package, the Weights and Dimensions Directive, and the modernization of live animal transport.

To influence these decisions, the Federation is strengthening its team with the arrival of Quentin Donnadille as deputy permanent delegate, alongsideIsabelle Maître. With nearly 30 years of presence in Brussels, the FNTR is also consolidating its European alliances: the Joint Office in Brussels is expanding to the Netherlands (TLN), strengthening coordination between federations.

Finally, the FNTR's membership ofEsporg since January 1, 2026 marks a new step forward in promoting safe and secure parking facilities, contributing to driver well-being and the competitiveness of the sector.
