Hyliko: A hydrogen truck designed for the construction site

Hyliko unveiled the Hy T44 2nd Edition at Solutrans, the first "worksite approach" hydrogen truck awarded to the Mauffrey Group, in partnership with ECT. This model marks the arrival of a heavy-duty hydrogen vehicle designed from the outset for the constraints of earthmoving and public works.

The truck is distinguished by a reinforced architecture: chassis adapted to irregular loads, raised suspension for difficult access, dedicated front guards and integrated hydraulic power unit for tipper use. These features are designed to ensure continuous operation in demanding terrain.

By 2026, the Hy T44 2nd Edition will be working on a Grand Paris Express construction site, with a daily transport target of 270 tonnes of soil. This deployment paves the way for a new generation of hydrogen vehicles dedicated to heavy-duty operations.
