After eleven months of refurbishment, Mercedes-Benz Trucks unveils its brand-new Customer Experience Center (CEC), a space entirely redesigned to embody the brand's key values: reliability, partnership and progress.
Transformed from top to bottom, the former customer center becomes a living place where history, innovation and customer experience meet. "We systematically place the customer at the center of everything we do," emphasizes Jean-Marc Diss, Mercedes-Benz Trucks Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.
At the entrance, a historic 1896 truck and an LED wall welcome visitors, before guiding them into immersive areas: the eActros 600 Experience World dedicated to electric mobility, the World of Partnership, which showcases the brand's partners, and the Truck Lounge, a modern 1,400 m² restaurant combining design, conviviality and the world of the road.
This transformation also marks the 25th anniversary of the Branchen Information Center (BIC), a symbol of the active partnership between Mercedes-Benz Trucks and its customers.
Finally, the new corporate film "Because you are never alone" pays tribute to drivers and all those who ensure mobility on a daily basis, reminding us that true progress is measured not only in innovation, but also in humanity.
