Previewed at LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart, the OPTIO-L series marks a major evolution in Toyota Material Handling's range of floor-level order pickers. Completely redesigned, it combines ergonomics, energy efficiency and safety to meet the needs of busy logistics platforms.
Comfort and productivity
The operator workstation has been redesigned to reduce fatigue and increase throughput: wider access, reinforced cushioning, knee protection and platform lift height increased to 1,195 mm. These adjustments enable picking at heights of up to 2.8 m, while maintaining comfort over long distances.
Energy efficiency
Thanks to weight reduction and component optimization, the OPTIO-L series boasts a 10% improvement in energy efficiency. The models are compatible with several battery types, from lead-acid to lithium-ion, offering flexibility and reduced operating costs.
Integrated safety
The new order pickers incorporate intelligent features such as PIN code start, Smart Access and Optimised Truck Performance, which adapts speed when cornering and handling loads. Blue or red traffic lights enhance visibility in mixed zones.
With six updated models (OSE250/P, OSE120/P, OSE200X/180XP), Toyota Material Handling offers a modular range, adapted to every picking configuration.
" This new series embodies our approach to continuous improvement: combining design, engineering and technology to enhance safety, energy efficiency and operator comfort," emphasizes Eric Loustau, Managing Director of Toyota Material Handling France.
