Zoomlion ZT72J: a 72.3-metre telescopic boom lift

Zoomlion Access recently put its ZT72J model, a telescopic boom lift with high working height, into service in several countries, including Finland, Australia, Indonesia and the UK. This deployment is part of the manufacturer's strategy to increase the availability of its equipment on world markets.

The ZT72J offers a working height of 72.3 meters and an offset of 25.5 meters. Its architecture is based on a multi-section telescopic boom combined with a double-cylinder system. The model incorporates an X-coordinated control system for stabilizer management, enabling automatic adjustment of position and stabilization according to ground conditions. The basket can hold up to 454 kg, making it ideal for jobs requiring equipment and several operators.

International commissioning

In Finland, the ZT72J is used on industrial sites requiring work at very great heights. In Indonesia, it operates in a shipyard, illustrating its ability to adapt to maritime environments. In Australia, the machine is used for infrastructure installation and maintenance work.

According to Ms Zhong Yi, Assistant to the Managing Director of Zoomlion Access, " the development of the ZT72J was based on the simultaneous improvement of structural, hydraulic and control systems to achieve stable, precise operation under a variety of operating conditions."

Mr. Zhang Bin, Deputy General Manager, points out that " Zoomlion's international network enables rapid logistics and localized technical support, essential for the deployment of this type of equipment in several markets. "
