Sennebogen unveils its new 200-ton telescopic crawler crane

Sennebogen completes its range of telescopic crawler cranes with the new 200-ton capacity 6203E. The manufacturer, which has been involved in mobile and crawler telescopic cranes for over 33 years, is now launching its 10th model in this range.
The 6203E was developed for use on prefabricated concrete assembly sites, bridge and civil engineering construction sites, and as a service crane for wind turbine construction.
It is equipped with a 56.4m main boom, which can be extended up to 78m with a hydraulically adjustable jib (for structural work or pylons). With shorter boom lengths, it boasts high performance on slopes and inclines of up to 4°. An asset when working on sites with irregular platforms or in pick-and-carry mode.

New control system

The new SLC - SENCON Load Control system optimizes crane operator assistance by integrating a dedicated display, inspired by automotive standards, directly into the cab. Complementing the SENCON, it acts as a Load State Controller (LSC), displaying in real time the essential data for safe and efficient lifting operations.

Its Stage V-standard 194 kW motor, like all the brand's cranes, can be fuelled with HVO fuel. The main winch and auxiliary winch are driven by hydraulic motors, with a pulling force of 135 kN each, and cable-winding speeds of up to 115 m/min. The maximum track width of the track unit can be reduced from 6 m to 3.5 m.

Finally, like all Sennebogen high-capacity telescopic cranes, the 6203E is equipped with the famous Maxcab. The cab can be tilted by up to 20 degrees for optimum load visibility. As an option, it can be raised up to 5.70 m, and tilted backwards by 30 degrees.
