Benoît Tanguy to head CSIAM's Branch VI

The CSIAM (Chambre Syndicale Internationale de l'Automobile et du Motocycle) has just appointed Benoît Tanguy as head of the Industrial Vehicles (VI) branch.

CEO of Scania France, Benoît Tanguy, with over 30 years' experience, brings international experience to the table. Scania, a major player with a site in Angers, embodies French industrial excellence.

"The Stratégie Nationale Bas Carbone 3, which we strongly support, sets a target of 50% electric trucks in new registrations by 2030. This objective is our compass. Together with the players in CSIAM's VI branch, we will put our expertise and innovative spirit at the service of this transformation. My ambition, as the branch's new President, is to intensify the strategic and constructive dialogue with public authorities, so as to turn this energy revolution into a genuine opportunity for our French and European industry", he declared.
