Telemetry, Multitel Pagliero's telematics portal, goes one step further with a new dashboard offering a dynamic real-time view of the nacelle in operation. Telemetry is the portal that enables remote connection to the nacelle, including GPS tracking, machine status display, remote parameterization and diagnostics. It is a major support for technical assistance, as the system checks for any anomalies to be corrected, and also enables maintenance operations to be scheduled, for example.
The new control panel provides customers with real-time access to key information on the workings of the nacelle: stabilization configuration (jig or extension stabilization), arm and turret position, visualization of chassis tilt angle, arm extension length, etc. The manufacturer's technicians, meanwhile, have even more precise information on machine configurations.
