The CRETOT Group, IVECO dealer since 1982 in Western France, continues to expand with the acquisition of CENTRE VI (Centre Véhicules Industriels).
The signing of the purchase agreement, effective since November 4, 2025, ratifies the transfer of CENTRE VI's sites, assets and teams to the CRETOT Group. Continuity of service is guaranteed for customers, suppliers and partners.
This operation is accompanied by the creation of a new entity, CRETOT SUD, which aims to strengthen the regional presence of the IVECO network and structure business in Central France.
Based in Bourges and created in 2014, CENTRE VI has 81 employees across seven sites in the Cher, Indre, Indre-et-Loire, Loir-et-Cher and Nièvre departments. The company is recognized for the quality of its services and its local roots.
