Italian manufacturer Bravi Platforms has launched the Residential 170, a lifting platform designed for work at height in the residential sector. The aim is to replace the current use of ladders and scaffolding on this type of site.
With a platform height of 1.7 m (for a working height of 3.7 m), the Residential 170 offers a compact, stable alternative for indoor operations.
Its 66 cm width and 360 kg weight allow easy passage through corridors, bathrooms and confined spaces, without risk to sensitive floors. The "push-around" manual movement mode facilitates rapid positioning, even in areas where an electric drive would be unsuitable.
"The Residential 170 responds to a clear market trend: residential worksites require more suitable, safer and more efficient tools," says Pierino Bravi, CEO of Bravi Platforms. "Our aim is to support operators in their daily work, while improving site management."
