DLR/UFL ALERT: Vehicle Registration System (SIV) scam

Professionals authorized to use the French Vehicle Registration System (Système d'Immatriculations des Véhicules - SIV) are currently the target of a massive wave of phishing attempts.
Scammers are posing as the Agence Nationale des Titres Sécurisés (ANTS) or the administration to obtain your SIV credentials.

Once they have this information, they can add an identification key to your authorization and carry out fraudulent operations on your behalf: fictitious registrations, changes of owner, invented purchase declarations.
The consequences can be serious: fines, unjustified charges, damage to your company's reputation.

The right reflexes :

Never give out your login or password (the administration already has them).

Check the sender's address: official e-mails always end with @gouv.fr.

If in doubt, contact your prefecture or the ANTS via their official websites.

If you are a victim, file a complaint, inform the prefecture and report the address on www.signal-spam.fr.

Fraudulent e-mails are becoming more and more credible: stay vigilant and make your teams aware of them.
