The concrete mixing plant in Bad Lausick, Germany, has taken delivery of two of the three MAN eTGX vehicles ordered, marking a step towards more sustainable construction logistics. The 3rd vehicle will follow shortly. These vehicles operate within the concrete plant sites, transporting the raw materials required for concrete production. They can be combined with a special semi-trailer to supply fresh concrete to nearby construction sites. They are also used to transport prefabricated concrete elements, pavers or concrete locks to construction sites or private homes. With its long-standing commitment to eco-responsibility, the company is taking a further step in the electrification of its fleet, which already includes electric site machines. Supplied on a rental basis by TIP Group, the MAN eTGXs enable the plant to meet the requirements of emission-free logistics.
