NGE Connect, the NGE Group's specialist brand for networks and digital solutions, acquires AVI (Audio Vidéo Installation), located in the Val d'Oise. This strategic operation will enable NGE CONNECT to develop its expertise in the fields of security and sound systems, while extending its territorial presence in the Paris region.
With this acquisition, AVI becomes NGE CONNECT's third regional branch, following those in Normandy and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Christophe Debonne, Managing Director of AVI, will take over the management of the Ile-de-France branch.
Thanks to this integration, NGE CONNECT aims to triple its sales in the Paris region by 2030, from €2.2 million in 2024 to €7 million.
This new step strengthens the mission of NGE CONNECT, a brand of NGE Energies Solutions, an NGE subsidiary involved in the design and construction of electrical and communications network infrastructures.
