Bolloré Energy announces the acquisition of Chantelat S.A., a distributor of petroleum products, lubricants, AdBlue and wood pellets. Established in the Cher (18) and Nièvre (58) regions, this historic company, founded in 1950, joins the Bolloré network, strengthening its proximity to customers in these regions. "We'll be drawing on their recognized professionalism, their historic presence in the region and the variety of products they market, to support the energy transition by expanding the distribution of our low-carbon products, Calorza (biofioul 30), Izipure (HVO100), Koolza100 (B100). Chantelat's customers will be able to count on the strength of a national logistics network serving local needs," said Hakim Britel, Managing Director of Bolloré Energy.
