Fassi sets new records with its new F2350RL-HXP Techno crane! It's the most powerful crane ever produced by the manufacturer, and the first in the world equipped with 18 hydraulic extensions. It can reach a maximum reach of over 46 m with its hydraulic extensions! The maximum moment is 142 tm/1394 kNm. As a result, the 17.2-meter-long L958L extension has a maximum lifting capacity of 10 tonnes, enabling very long-reach lifting operations without compromising stability or precision.
Technological advances include the X-Design decagonal cross-section of the jib and telescopic extension arms, combined with the FX990 electronic system, guaranteeing optimum force distribution and dynamic movement management. This is also the first crane in the range to extend X-Design technology to the hydraulic extension arm, enabling the full potential of the main boom and telescopic extension arms to be exploited. The XF hydraulic system enhances the fluidity, precision and speed of the crane's movements, thanks to the adoption of the Danfoss multifunction proportional valve.
Adapted stability control
The FSC Techno stability control system adapts stability to operating conditions. A choice can be made between a proportional system based on stabilizer extension or inclinometer. The six outriggers, two of which extend to the rear, are radio-controlled. The operator can therefore control extension and positioning directly from the radio control, without having to intervene manually.
This new F2350RL-HXP Techno crane has been designed to be mounted on vehicles with a maximum weight of 40 tonnes and a length of less than 10 m. The base can be customized in three versions (SB, MB and LB) to suit any vehicle configuration.
A connected crane
Finally, its new software offers advanced functions to enhance precision and efficiency. Thanks to the Internet of Cranes (IoC) system, the crane is constantly connected, for continuous assistance and reduced maintenance time and costs. Accessible to operators, dealers and technicians, the IoC portal brings together functions such as telemetry, fleet management and fault detection in a single platform. A complete overview of machine status is thus available, enabling rapid intervention and improving operational efficiency.
