CTELM, the Fassi Group's holding company in France, has just acquired Carrosserie de l'Iroise in Brest, strengthening its presence in Brittany. Fassi France is also expanding its network of body shops, which already comprises seven entities. Carrosserie de l'Iroise already distributed Fassi and Forez Bennes products. Marrel products will now also be added to the range, continuing their development in the region.
"This acquisition represents a strategic step for our group. By integrating Carrosserie de l'Iroise, we are consolidating our position in the Breton market and offering more services to our customers. Raphaël Sanquer, manager of Carrosserie de l'Iroise, will remain alongside the company's 12 employees, to support this transition over the next two years.
